Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use

Version 1.0Effective date: 2026-08-06Last updated: 2026-08-06

1. Purpose

These Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use rules keep AeroHub CEO fair and enjoyable for everyone. They apply to all gameplay, user content, support interactions, and — when launched — alliances and chat/messaging.

2. Respectful Conduct

Treat other players and staff with respect. The following are prohibited:

  • Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior.
  • Spam, scams, or fraudulent schemes.
  • Impersonating other players, staff, or real companies or people.
  • Sharing others’ personal information without consent.

3. Fair Play

  • No cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game systems for unfair advantage.
  • No malicious automation, bots, or unauthorized scripts.
  • No payment fraud or billing abuse.

Report bugs to support instead of exploiting them.

4. Names and Custom Content

Airline names, logos, taglines, alliance names (when launched), and other custom content must not be:

  • Offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing.
  • Infringing on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
  • Deceptive or impersonating real airlines, brands, or people in a misleading way.

We may rename or remove content that violates these rules.

5. Alliances and Chat (Coming Soon)

Alliances and chat/messaging are planned Executive features. When launched, they will be governed by these guidelines.

Alliance names, descriptions, and messages must follow the same conduct and content rules. Chat may be moderated, and alliance/chat access may be limited, suspended, or removed for abuse.

6. Security and Integrity

  • No probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Service without authorization.
  • No attempts to access other users’ accounts or data.
  • No disruption of live worlds, game ticks, or shared infrastructure.

7. Reporting Abuse

Report violations to support at help@nccreativeco.com. Include the airline or alliance name, what happened, and when. Reports are reviewed by our support team and handled confidentially.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, consequences may include:

  • A warning.
  • Removal or renaming of violating content.
  • Temporary suspension of features or account.
  • Permanent account termination for serious or repeated violations.

We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the Service. Enforcement decisions may be appealed through support.
