Terms of Service

Welcome to AeroHub CEO, a subscription-based airline strategy simulation game operated by NC Creative Co, Limited Liability Co. ("AeroHub CEO," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AeroHub CEO website, public pages, application, game, subscriptions, support services, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to minors.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

If you subscribe on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred unless we expressly allow it.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

AeroHub CEO offers monthly subscription plans: Core ($4.99/month), Pro ($14.99/month), and Executive ($24.99/month).

Each paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. During the trial, you have full access to your selected plan at no charge. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.

Free trials are limited to one per customer per product. Returning subscribers start billing immediately without another trial.

Prices may change with notice as described in the Subscription & Billing Terms. Plan features may evolve over time as the game develops.

Executive alliance features, alliance creation, alliance benefits, and chat/messaging are planned features described as "coming soon." They are not guaranteed to be live at any particular time and their scope may change before or after launch.

• Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. AeroHub CEO does not store your card details.
• Each paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. You must provide a valid payment method at checkout. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made. If you do not cancel, your payment method is charged the full monthly price at the end of the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.
• Failed payments may result in a past-due status and may interrupt or suspend access to paid features.
• Applicable taxes may be added to your subscription price depending on your location.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account billing page when available.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless our published policy or applicable law provides otherwise. You retain access to paid features until the period ends.

We do not guarantee prorated refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Except where required by law or expressly stated in that policy, refunds are discretionary and are not guaranteed.

AeroHub CEO is an entertainment and simulation product. It is a game.

The Service does not provide professional financial, investment, aviation, airline operations, safety, regulatory, employment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing in the Service should be relied on as such.

All gameplay outputs — including finances, routes, schedules, market conditions, delays, and advisor recommendations — are simulated and fictional. The Service does not represent real airline operating authority, real aviation compliance guidance, or real-world operational procedures.

Airline names, game worlds, aircraft, routes, finances, schedules, scores, achievements, alliances, rankings, and all other gameplay data are part of the game Service and have no real-world monetary value.

Access to game data depends on your subscription and account status.

Game data may change, be rebalanced, or be lost due to simulations, game balancing, bugs, resets, in-game events, or Service updates. We do not guarantee the preservation of any particular game state.

• Live game worlds may advance on fixed schedules (such as weekly game ticks) that apply to all airlines in the world.
• You cannot pause shared-world timing. Game events may continue between your logins.
• We may update simulation rules, economic models, and world mechanics at any time.

Alliances, alliance creation, alliance benefits, and chat/messaging are planned Executive-tier features.

When launched, these features will be governed by these Terms and by our Community Guidelines & Acceptable Use policy.

Access to alliances and chat may be moderated, limited, suspended, or removed for abuse or violations of our policies.

The Service allows you to submit content such as airline names, logos, taglines, custom text, alliance names (when launched), chat messages (when launched), and support messages ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and operate your User Content as needed to provide the Service.

You must not submit User Content that is infringing, illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or manipulating game systems for unfair advantage.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or simulation models.
• Automated abuse, scraping, botting, or unauthorized automation of gameplay.
• Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or misuse of billing systems.
• Harassment, impersonation, or abusive conduct toward other users or staff.
• Intellectual property infringement.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Service without authorization.
• Disrupting or degrading the Service or other users’ experience.

Our support team may access account, game, and billing diagnostic information to help resolve your issues.

Support actions are recorded in audit logs. Support staff cannot see your payment card details — card data is held by Stripe, not by AeroHub CEO.

AeroHub CEO, including its software, game systems, user interface, simulation models, artwork, assets, documentation, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including:

• Stripe, for payment processing.
• Base44, for application hosting and platform services.
• Other hosting, analytics, support, or infrastructure providers as applicable.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your interaction with them.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. Pricing and plan features may evolve with notice.

Game balancing may change rules, economics, and outcomes. Access may be modified for security, compliance, or operational reasons.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, payment failure, fraud, security concerns, or abusive conduct.

Closed or archived airlines and deleted accounts are handled according to our Data Deletion & Account Closure Policy.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific game outcomes, rankings, simulated revenue, load factors, or continued availability of any subscription plan or feature.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST GAME PROGRESS, WHERE SUCH EXCLUSION IS PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of law or these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The Service may be accessed globally. You are responsible for compliance with local laws that apply to you.

Availability, features, and pricing may vary by region, and we may restrict access in certain regions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes, such as by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date or notifying you in the app.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
